Tracy Greene Craighead '81
Tracy Greene Craighead's has taken her background in advertising and marketing and has applied it to her volunteer work on behalf of women’s rights, education and community-building over many years now. An activist and fundraiser at heart, she co-produced a cookbook to raise money and awareness for the group, Women for Women International, who help women survivors of war rebuild their lives. (Released in 2013, Share: The Cookbook That Celebrates Our Common Humanity sold over 60k copies in more than six countries.) After working on behalf of WfWI, Tracy has turned her attention to more local matters, and recently joined BigTentUSA as a founding board member. This new political activist group is focused on educating and informing women - and interested men - on civic engagement and how to best protect our democracy.
Increasingly, Tracy can be found working on community-building in Norwalk, CT where she also helps her husband with the marketing and design of their development business, Norwalk Green Living.
Tracy received her B.A. from Colgate University in 1985 and a Design degree from Parsons in 1998. Tracy and her husband, Brad (Class of ’80) have two daughters and reside in South Salem, NY.
