Spanish 3 continues to develop speaking and listening skills and increases emphasis on written composition. Selected readings from the texts are discussed in Spanish and vocabulary expansion is stressed. It is expected that students will speak only Spanish in the classroom. In addition to textbooks, a variety of texts are employed to practice listening and reading comprehension. Honors Spanish 3 provides a faster pace and further enrichment to prepare students to continue with the Advanced Spanish course in the following year. Prerequisite: Spanish 2 and departmental approval for enrollment in honors level.
