Kent School's Community Conduct Council Featured at NAES Conference

Kent School recently participated in the National Association of Episcopal Schools (NAES) Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ) Conference held in Baltimore, Maryland. The School proudly showcased its Community Conduct Council (CCC) during the event.

During the conference, Director of Equity and Inclusion Torrey Hall and Dean of Community Life Jason Coulombe led a workshop titled "Leading with Equity: Creating and Implementing a Community Conduct Council." In this session, Hall and Coulombe shared insights and best practices with school leaders interested in implementing a CCC at their institutions.

The NAES DEIJ Conference brings together educators, administrators, and school leaders from Episcopal schools across the nation to discuss best practices, share experiences, and learn from one another in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. The conference features a range of workshops, keynote speakers, and networking opportunities designed to help attendees develop strategies for creating more inclusive and equitable school environments.
