Boys Soccer
Boys Varsity Soccer closed out a competitive season with nine wins, fueled by strong leadership from nine seniors. Three players earned postseason honors for their outstanding play: Marcus N. ’26 was named to the 2025 Connecticut All-State Team, Eli B. ’26 received All-NEPSAC Honorable Mention, and Charles P. ’26 earned both All-NEPSAC and All-State recognition. Charles P. ‘26 also earned a spot on the All-American Honorable Mention list in the SI Prep School All-American Boys Soccer Team. Boys JV Soccer, led by five seniors, secured key wins over Hopkins School and Canterbury, while Boys Thirds Soccer wrapped up a strong season with a 6-5-1 record.
Girls Soccer
Girls Varsity Soccer wrapped up the season with strong leadership from six seniors, who set the tone on and off the field. The team battled throughout the fall, earning hard-fought wins over Millbrook, Canterbury, and Frederick Gunn. Girls JV Soccer also put together a competitive season, picking up several wins and celebrating seven graduating seniors.
Football
Led by 17 seniors, the football team closed the season with a hard-fought victory over Hotchkiss School. Five players earned Class A Group 1 postseason honors, including one First Team selection and four Second Team selections. The JV squad also had a strong season, securing wins over Salisbury and Trinity-Pawling School.
Girls Field Hockey
Girls Varsity Field Hockey delivered in a strong season, finishing 8-6-1 under the leadership of nine seniors. Aspen D. '28 and Kate M. '26 earned All-NEPSAC honors for their outstanding play. JV Field Hockey, led by senior Jacqueline H. '26, also had a memorable season highlight with a win over Frederick Gunn.
Boys Cross Country
The Boys Cross Country team put together a competitive season, finishing 2-1 in dual meets and led by a strong senior group. The team hit its stride mid-season with an impressive 2nd place showing at the Richard Miller Invitational and capped off the fall with a top-10 finish at the New England Championships, placing 8th among 19 teams.
Girls Cross Country
Girls Cross Country finished the season 2-3 in dual meets and showed steady determination throughout their invitationals and championship meets. Led by four seniors, the team competed hard across a challenging slate of races, highlighted by a 3rd place finish at the Richard Miller Invitational and an 11th place finish at the New England Championship.
Mountain Biking
Varsity Mountain Biking was led by co-captain Jimmy C. '27, who finished the season in fifth place in the league. Co-captain Warren V.'26, Pearse K. '26, and Josh C. '27 all competed in Category 1 for the entire season, and their endurance and speed were crucial to the team's success. Kent, finishing the season in 3rd place out of eight teams, ended on a high note, edging Trinity-Pawling for 2nd place in the final race.
Equestrian
The Kent School Equestrian Team competed at several shows this fall, including Marchant Farm, the Crosswinds Fall Classic, Stepping Stone, and Fox Crossing. Elfy with Julia M. ’28 and Valentino with Emma G. ’28 earned division championships at Marchant Farm, while Elfy and Julia also claimed a championship at Fox Crossing alongside Duke and Audrey C. ’28. Gabbani and Larison P. ’28 won the 1.0-meter class at Crosswinds, with many other riders earning top-three finishes. Beyond competition, students gained valuable experience through Kent clinics with Grand Prix rider Eric Hasbrouck and two-time Olympic gold medalist Joe Fargis.
Girls Rowing
The girls rowing team competed in four regattas during the fall season and delivered several standout performances. At the Head of the Charles, Mariia P. '27 won the U17 Single, securing a guaranteed entry for the 2026 regatta. Sophie K. '26 and Emily Y. '26 placed 28th out of 57 boats in the Youth Double, also earning a guaranteed 2026 entry. The Youth Coxed Quad of coxswain Talia M. ’27, Logan M. ’27, Tegan H. ’29, Kate M. ’26, and captain Lila B. ’26 finished 17th in a field of 51, securing another guaranteed entry. At the Head of the Fish, Kent continued its dominance, winning the Coxed Quad for the third consecutive year and bringing home another Fish Head trophy. The winning lineup featured Talia M. ’27 (cox), Logan M. ’27 (bow), Mariia P. ’27 (two), Kate M. ’26 (three), and Lila B. ’26 (stroke, captain).
Boys Rowing
The boys rowing team had a standout fall season, highlighted by strong performances across multiple major regattas. At the Northeast Fall Championship Head Race, crews earned gold in the varsity coxed four (A boat), silver in the JV coxed four (A boat), and gold and silver in the varsity boys’ double. The team continued its success at the Head of the Charles Regatta, where the varsity boys’ coxed four captured gold, broke the course record by seven seconds, and finished 1st out of 86 boats. The fall concluded with an impressive showing at the Head of the Fish, including gold finishes in the boys varsity eight, JV eight, and varsity coxed four, underscoring a season defined by depth, speed, and competitive excellence.
Volleyball
The girls volleyball team had a standout season, finishing with a record of 11-7 surpassing its goal of 10 wins for the first time in program history. The season included several milestone victories, highlighted by a program-first win over Founders League rival Hotchkiss and a memorable Pink Out Night victory against Cheshire Academy. The team demonstrated strength at the net, averaging more blocks per game. Captains Mackenzie C. ’26 and Agar M. ’26 earned All-Founders League honors, while Elizabeth E. ’28 was named All-NEPSAC, and Olivia E. ’28 received All-NEPSAC Honorable Mention recognition.
