Jean Nihoul '05

Jean Nihoul works at both the Museum of Food and Drink, and Booker and Dax, and is actively involved in the NYC food world. He received a B.A. in French with a minor in Art History from Franklin and Marshall College and an M.A. in Art History from the University of Connecticut. While at UConn, Jean worked at the University's William Benton Museum of Art as Assistant Curator and Academic Project Coordinator, and additionally as Adjunct Professor for the Department of Art and Art History. Jean lives in New York City.
