Kent School Squash Courts Unveiled
On Saturday, November 11, Kent School was proud to officially open its new Squash Courts. The highlight of the building project is the new squash facility, which includes eight squash courts (two of which are exhibition courts). We also made improvements to our tennis facilities, as six new composition tennis courts were built and two existing courts were re-surfaced. The new squash courts were put to immediate use on opening day, with matches ranging from varsity veterans to simple lovers of the game.

The Squash Court building will be 10,281 GSF and will contain eight international CourtTech Squash Courts. These courts are 21’ wide x 32’ long, with maple flooring and glass end walls. The building itself will have a lobby, bathrooms and showers, an office, and a spectator viewing area.
If you are interested in supporting the Permanent Endowment of Kent’s Squash program, or for more information about Kent's Racquet Center, please call or email Kathy Nadire, Director of Development, at 860-927-6267 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
In preparation for the opening of the Kent Racquet Center, we are asking our Squash and Tennis alumni to consider sending to Kent copies of photos and draw sheets, any videos of matches, wooden squash and tennis racquets, trophies, and any other ephemera for the display case.
