Meet Kent Students

Community, you hear that word, that idea, on our campus again and again. Our close-knit, supportive community is a big reason students choose Kent. It’s also a big reason students thrive here. So we’d like to give you the opportunity to meet some of us. With students from more than forty countries and most states in the US, we’re a truly diverse group of people. Not only do we come from all over, we’re going many different places, we have many varied interests and the people you’ll meet in represent at least some of that variety. You’ll see that whatever you’re interested in, there are people who will work with you to make it happen.

And the people you’ll work and play and live with are not only other students, we’re your teachers, coaches and advisors. We feel like being together in different contexts not only makes a strong community, it builds a stronger you. It’s fun too. So whether it’s in a classroom or the library, in a practice room or on the stage, on a playing field or in the gym, in your dorm or in our residences for dinner, we’re here to support your efforts and applaud your accomplishments.
