The Headmaster announced the establishment of a charitable benefaction in honor of the late Elizabeth H. Dickinson, the School’s first female Trustee, United States Navy veteran and long-time President of the Kent Mothers’ Association. The Elizabeth H. Dickinson Inspiration Grants (to be known as “Bettys”) will provide funds to members of the Faculty and Staff who wish to pursue a creative endeavor that will benefit themselves and the community. Mrs. Dickinson was the mother of Ann ’65, Trustee, Terry ’68 and Tracy ’73, former Trustee, and served her country, family and School with outstanding generosity and devotion.
