Kent's dining hall offers a wide variety of healthy, great-tasting food. From stir-fry to french fries and flank steak to vegetarian options, there's always something good to eat. Bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches and waffles make waking up easy. Meatless Monday lunch brings wonderful new items to try. There's a pizza station, sandwich bar, salad bar, pasta bar, dessert bar, even a cereal bar. And to top it off, the kitchen staff is really friendly.

At Kent, we take steps to being health conscious, using local ingredients and our own garden vegetables. Our milk comes from a dairy in our county. We grow our own basil by the bushel to make pesto for dinner and our fields yield more than five thousand pounds of organic potatoes annually.
We think about what we serve and when we serve it. We make sure to have good quality protein being served on game day. We have sushi together during exam week for brain food. And the ice cream sundae station is always a hit. It's all part of the care that goes into the food we share.
Every Thursday we have formal dinner after Chapel. It's a chance for the whole school to step outside the routine of the school week and come together as a community over a special meal and some lively conversation.
Besides eating in the dining hall, this space is also a place to socialize and gather, whether to have tea after dinner with a faculty member or study in a group setting in the evening.
If you're still hungry, head to the snack bar in the student center. And since the campus store is there too, you can stock up on whatever you might need for the next day.
