Message from the Coach:
Over the past decade, the Kent Girls Lacrosse team has had many impressive seasons playing against some of the top teams in the Founders League and Western New England. The program has consistently been based on a strong tradition of competitive distinction and sportsmanship. Recognizing the value of interscholastic sports in the personal development of young women, Kent’s Girls Lacrosse program looks to challenge its players both physically and mentally as students, athletes and leaders. Learning to build a strong and supportive team dynamic is also considered an important goal of the program, and is something that sets us apart from many other teams.

In addition to the varsity and junior varsity squads, because of the growing popularity of the sport, Kent has recently added a skills team to its program to ensure that all interested students have a chance to play and learn the game in a competitive environment. The continued success of the program each year depends on the interest and enthusiasm of its incoming players.
