Message from the Swimming Coach:
But the purpose of working to be the best as an individual athlete and collectively as a team are worthy goals that can only be achieved by discipline, hard work, and at times self-sacrifice.  Although the long term “fruits” of these efforts are often intangible, they contribute to the long term success of the athlete long after the season is over.  For over ten years, I have coached students towards the goal of excellence.
