The application process at Kent begins simply enough—with forms. First, your parents should complete the parent application form and return it with the application fee. Next is the student form you complete yourself. You will also need the recommendation forms that you ask your teachers and counselor to complete, as well as having your school send us your transcripts. And lastly you will have to register to take a standardized test.
All of this is very important and you certainly don't want to miss any deadlines, but by far the biggest aspect of the process is the interview. This meeting can take place during your campus visit so you can meet students and faculty and see the places we work and play. We can also do the interview when one of our Admissions staff is visiting your area. The interview is important because that's where things become two-way; you will be evaluating us as much as we are evaluating you. You'll begin to really get to know Kent—the school, the community, the experience.
